Posted: June 4, 2012The Parker Street Limited Equity Co-operative located at 2335-2341 Parker Street in Berkeley will take applications on a rolling basis through June 25, 2012 at 5:00pm. for openings that involve a move-in target date of August 15 - September 1. There will be openings for studio apartments, and there may also be an opening for a 1BR apartment, though that will not be known for sure for about a week.

There is a buy-in of about $15,000 for the studio share or $19,000 for the 1BR share, and then monthly carrying charges are about $400 for the studio or $500 for the 1BR.
All are welcome to apply for these openings. There are no specific requirements or income limits. We live simply and co-own/manage the property together to keep it affordable for us and for those who come after.
